Virtual PBX allows you to create conferences both among company employees and with external subscribers.
Advantages:
- Real-time communication among multiple participants. Customers can connect to the conference using their landline or mobile phone numbers, while technical specialists from the company can join as subscribers of the virtual PBX.
- Recording, storage, and playback of conferences.
- Connection to conferences using a pre-configured PIN code.

Conferences can be found in the "Virtual PBX" section >> "Settings" tab >> left menu "Number Plan" >> Conferences.
