Virtual PBX allows you to create conferences both among company employees and with external subscribers.

Advantages:

  • Real-time communication among multiple participants. Customers can connect to the conference using their landline or mobile phone numbers, while technical specialists from the company can join as subscribers of the virtual PBX.
  • Recording, storage, and playback of conferences.
  • Connection to conferences using a pre-configured PIN code.
⚠️ Attention!
Before setting up a conference, you need to enable the "Call Recording" service. For more information, see "How to activate "Call Recording".

 

Conferences can be found in the "Virtual PBX" section >> "Settings" tab >> left menu "Number Plan" >> Conferences.
