Subscribers groups — are a group with predefined settings that will be applied to extensions included in that group.
- Purpose: The user group allows you to create separate groups and manage them. Queues are only created for managing incoming calls and distributing calls to the necessary employees.
- Usage: User groups are used for sorting employees with the assignment of uniform parameters (for example, a number for outgoing communication). Queues are used for distributing incoming calls (including the queue can be used as an extension).
