Setting up a schedule

To set up call schedules, go to the Virtual PBX section, Settings >> tab, and from the left menu, Routing >> Schedules.

  1. Click on the Add button. 

  2. Fill out the fields in the Add schedule modal window:

    • In the Name field, specify the Call scenario name;

    • Using the Add button, select the days of the week for which you want to set the schedule, and specify the start and end time of the period during which you want the calls to be handled in a certain way; 

    • Set time condition's starting date;

      Note:

      If the start date of the schedule is not set, the schedule will be effective from the moment of creation.

       

    • Set time condition's due date;

      Note:

      If an end date is not set, the schedule remains in effect until it is deleted.

       

  3. Save the schedule settings by clicking the Save button.

After adding a schedule, it is available for editing in the Schedule tab.
