Creating a new proxy method

To create a proxy method, follow the instructions below.

Note:

When creating a new CRM integration, 2 proxy methods are automatically created: 'callback' and 'download call recording'.



  1. Go to 'Integrations' → 'Proxy Methods'. 

  2. Click on 'New proxy method'.

  3. Select the desired proxy method Click 'Next'. 

  4. Settings window will open.All data sent by the external system can be used as variables.

  

  • Operator number (from) and Subscriber number (to) — you can use both numeric value and variable. For example, if the link was — https://integration.kompaas.ru/api/public/api/external/BAMdEzDH-St4-89RXK7jk?number1=6234&number2=4314120067, then you would need to insert ${number1}} and ${number2}} respectively into the fields.
  • Personal account number (account_id).
  • Virtual PBX number (vpbx_id)can be obtained in the API methods section.
