To create a proxy method, follow the instructions below.
✅Note: When creating a new CRM integration, 2 proxy methods are automatically created: 'callback' and 'download call recording'. |
Go to 'Integrations' → 'Proxy Methods'.
Click on 'New proxy method'.
Select the desired proxy method → Click 'Next'.
Settings window will open.All data sent by the external system can be used as variables.
- Operator number (from) and Subscriber number (to) — you can use both numeric value and variable. For example, if the link was —
https://integration.kompaas.ru/api/public/api/external/BAMdEzDH-St4-89RXK7jk?number1=6234&number2=4314120067
, then you would need to insert ${number1}} and ${number2}} respectively into the fields. - Personal account number (account_id).
- Virtual PBX number (vpbx_id) — can be obtained in the API methods section.
