3CX phone (Windows)

Note

The softphone is compatible with MCNtelecom telephony just in this version. Newer versions of this software are not compatible with MCNtelecom services.

Setup

1. Download the softphone 3CX phone from developer's web-site and start installation.

2. Click Next button.

3. Start the application. Click to link Set accounts.

4. Click New button to add new account.

Account name: profile name, for example, MCN

Caller ID: your SIP ID

Extension: your SIP ID

ID: your SIP ID

Password: your SIP password

PBX/SIP Server: enter SIP-domain address from registration email

Click Advanced Settings button.

5. Set parameters as shown on screenshot below.

6. Click OK button, then next OK button. The settings will be saved.

7. If the phone status has changed to On Hook, that means the successful registration.
