Call scenario settings

Modified on Fri, 5 Apr at 4:14 PM

Call scenarios — a sequence of events during a call that can be compiled using a convenient graphical scheme. See more in "Call Scenarios".

To create or configure a call scenario, go to the "PBX" >> tab "Call Scenarios" and click "Create scenario".

A scenario will be created with the first element - "Incoming Call".

Next, you need to place elements on the scheme for call routing.

For more information about the elements, see "Call Scenario Elements".

Managing elements on the scheme

Elements can be added in several ways:

  • Configure the element in your menu, and then add it to the scheme (section "PBX" >> tab "Settings" >> the corresponding section in the menu on the left).

  • Immediately add a new element to the diagram using the transfer method or by clicking on three dots in the element itself.

    Note:
To configure a call scenario, you can use scenario templates, which are automatically created when connecting a virtual PBX (section "PBX" >> tab "Call Scenarios" >> "Common Templates" in the menu on the left).
