The "Question-answer" element located in the call scenario can lead the conversation into different branches of the scenario depending on the client's responses.

Find more details about functionality here: “Question-answer”.

To add a "Question-answer" element to the scenario, click on the three-dot button next to the element or drag it onto the script.

When creating an element using the three-dot button, select the “Question-answer” block from previously created ones and click on the "Add to diagram" button. Then proceed to edit the element by clicking on the pencil button.

Note:
To create a new “Question-answer” block, click on the link — “Question-answer”. See How to set up Question-answer”.

If the element was created by dragging it onto the diagram, proceed to its editing by clicking on the pencil button.

In the "Edit scenarios item" modal window, set the parameters.

Note:

When choosing the “File” parameter, you will need to select two files - the recording of the question, which is spoken for the first time, and the recording of the message about the answer not being recognized.

Press “Save”.

To add a new question-answer variant or edit existing ones:

  • click on one of the element's buttons or click on the button in the form of "+";
  • in the "Result of processing" column, specify the variant of the processing result;
  • in the "Accepted recognitions and synonyms (comma separated list of words and sentences)" column, list the words for processing the subscriber's response.
  • Click on the “Apply” button.

Now, connect the element with other scenario elements.
