  2. Creating a schedule — «Virtual PBX» >> «Settings» >> «Расписания».
  3. Creating Call scenarios  — «Virtual PBX»  >> «Settings»  >> «Сценарии звонков».
  4. Creating a contact list — «Automated calls» >> «Contact lists».
  5. Create a task — «Automated calls» >> «Mass tasks» \ «Transaction tasks».
  6. Start a task — «Automated calls» >> «Mass tasks» \ «Transaction tasks».
  7. View results  — «Virtual PBX»  >> «Calls (v2.0)» >> «Automated calls» or «All calls».
