How to get a token

Using the top menu, navigate to the section “Integrations” >> tab “Tokens”.


 

Note:

A token can only be created for the current user and only if their access level is Administrator in the “Integrations” section.

 

  1. To create a new token, press the ”createToken” button.

  2. To refresh the token, press the “Re-generate” button. 

  3. To copy the token, press the ”Copy token to clipboard” button. 

  4. To view the token, press the “Show token” button. 

  5. In the case where a user has multiple Accounts, the token will only be available in the Account where the Account is marked with a star — the default account. Press the star next to the Account for which you need the token. 

Access conditions

  • An employee (with the role — Owner or Administrator) can generate a token only for himself.
  • An employee (with the role — Owner or Administrator) can set the default account (marked with a star) for themselves.
  • Owner or Administrator cannot refresh the token for another employee.
  • An employee may not see the “Tokens” tab if they are not provided access to it or if the “Integrations” services are not connected.
