To create the integration, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Installing the KOMPaaS PBX application
Log in with the administrator's account on the Bitrix24 portal and go to the CRM >> Migrate from other CRM section.
Use the search to find and install the KOMPaaS PBX application, having first familiarized yourself with the license agreement and privacy policy.
After installing the application, you will need to enter the login and password of the administrator of the KOMPaaS personal account.
Step 2. Setting up integration with KOMPaaS
Log in to your personal account in the profile with administrator rights in KOMPaaS and go to the Integrations >> Marketplace tab.
Click on the Bitrix 24 block.
Then click the Create integration button.
In the Create new integration modal window, insert your Bitrix24 domain in the format — “https://your-subdomain.bitrix24.com”.

Click the Save button.
✅ Note: If all actions were performed correctly and you are authorized in the specified Bitrix24 account as an administrator, then all data from your CRM system will automatically be pulled into this integration on the KOMPaaS service.
Step 3. Fill in all the necessary fields for full integration functionality:
VPBX internal number — select from the list of suggested options the Virtual PBX number you plan to use in your 'Bitrix24'.
Numbers for integration — select from the list of suggested options one or more numbers from which and to which you plan to receive calls
Responsible by default — select from the list of suggested options the employee account pulled from your 'Bitrix24' account.
- Search scope and order — In what order and by which types to search for an entity to link the call to. If not found in the current types, the call is considered from a new contact and the lead creation rule applies.
- Linking scope and order - If more than one entity is found for the current calling number - which one to link to first.

List of employees:
- match your employees with internal PBX numbers.
- Short number — if the employee has a second internal number, specify it here and in the scenario. It will be used in case of no answer.
- define the action upon which a new lead will be created for the selected employee.

Click the 'Save' button and all your settings, including the correspondence of internal numbers and employees, will be applied in your 'Bitrix24' and will not require further manual configuration.

Your 'Bitrix24' integrated with Kompaas telephony is ready for full use!
Step 4. Setting up redirection to a personal manager in the virtual PBX interface
In the KOMPaaS Personal Account, go to the Virtual PBX >> Call scenarios section.
Add the Bitrix24 element to the call scenario. See more in Call scenarios.
Next, it is necessary to correctly establish connections between elements in the scenario.
Set up Waiting time. For example, if the manager is unavailable after 20 seconds, the call will be directed to the general queue.
