Setting up storage of call records

Follow these steps to set up record storage:

1. Go to "Virtual PBX" >> "Settings" >> "General settings" >> "Storage period"

2. In the "Storing period of callrecordings" field, select the required period and save.

3. In the Quality of call records field, select Mono or Stereo audio quality.

This window also shows the amount of disk space included in the subscription fee, the amount of used and remaining space (in megabytes and percentages).

If necessary, the disk space is increased according to the tariff. The recording of conversations is ongoing and does not stop. The entry is not deleted or replaced.
