The 'Automation' function is designed to manage scenarios that are created in the 'Virtual PBX' and 'Chat-bots' sections.

To add a scenario:

  1. Click the 'Add a scenario' button. Then select the correspondence between scenarios from Chat-bots and VPBX, as well as the range and frequency.

  2. Click the 'Save' button.



To manage a scenario, click on it. Depending on the scenario status (Waiting to start, running, or paused), the 'Start', 'Unpause', 'Delete' buttons will be unlocked.
