Variables in call scenarios can contain any information required by the client and help automate the call handling process, increasing efficiency and quality of service.
These variables allow for flexible configuration of the virtual PBX and ensure an individual approach to each call.
System variables are created by the Virtual PBX and the variable names are immutable. Only the values can change, and they are different for each call.
Local variables can be created by users and are used to store data relevant only within a single call script. This allows for personalized script configurations and call behavior management depending on specific conditions and parameters.
Call script elements through which local variables are added:
Condition check. For more details on this element, see Condition check element.
Check conditions. For more details on this element, see Check conditions element.
Call manager element. For more details on this element, see Call manager \ External source element.
To delete a local variable, in the “Edit scenarios item” window where the variable was set, select — “Select from list”.
Global variables can also be created by users, and their values are available only within the script where they were created. These variables can be used for data exchange with external sources, such as CRM.
