The Send SMS element can be used in call scenarios to provide additional information to the client about discounts, promotions, or other special offers that may interest them. It can also notify a manager about a call made to them.
An example of using the Send SMS element: A client schedules an appointment at a clinic, and at the end of the conversation, they receive an SMS with confirmation, including the date and time of the appointment.
The Send SMS element helps improve customer service quality by providing additional information about services and orders, enhancing the convenience of communicating with the company.
