In the 'Contact Center AI' section on the 'Settings' tab, parameters that don't require frequent adjustments are specified.
Mail — specify the signature for emails. Choose the settings save option: only for yourself — 'Save for me' or for all users — 'Save for everyone'.
You can send an email on the 'Dialogs' tab. The email address is selected from those pre-defined in chatbots.
General — general settings for the Contact Center AI.
Generate Names For Anonymous Dialogues — allows generating a name for unknown contact/counterparty from the dialogue.
