How to link a user to a phone number

Note:

A user is attached to the number even if they are the only user of the Account.

 

To attach a user, go to the "Telephony" section → "Telephony" tab → left menu "Phone numbers". To attach a user, number management must be available — the wrench icon next to the phone number should be active. See "How to enable "Call handling".

Users attached to numbers are displayed in the profile column. To change a user or attach a new user, left-click on the entry in the table.

 

In the opened modal window "Attach user to scheme" select a user and click "Save".
