To ensure that KOMPaaS Softphone works correctly, make sure that:
A verified address is associated with the phone number.
A user is associated with the phone number.
- For Telephony, see 'How to link a user to a phone number'.
- For Virtual PBX, see 'Linking a user to a subscriber of PBX equipment'.
A SIP account has been created and linked to the subscriber's internal number.

It is important to add SIP account type → KOMPaaS Softphone App.
