How to verify address

In some countries, for a telecom operator to have the legal right to enable communication services, the client must verify the address where the equipment is connected.

To verify the address:

1. In the "Address verification" section, click "Add an address". 

2. Select an address following the prompts, enter a comment, and click "Save".

   • To edit an existing address, left-click on the address and use the "Edit" button.
   • You can change the address (by selecting an appropriate one from the list) and the comment for the address. Click "Save".

Address verification status:

1. Supporting documents need to be uploaded — documents are required to confirm the address.
2. Upload documents — To verify your identity, please upload files or photos of documents.
3. Documents are under manager review — uploaded documents are under review.
4. The documents did not pass the verification — the provided documents do not meet the requirements.
5. Documents verified — documents have been successfully verified.
6. Is verified — address is confirmed and can be used.
7. Check passed — address has been entered by the subscriber and successfully verified by the operator.

After the user has registered the address and passed address validation for the required number types in the desired country, they can connect a commercial tariff to these numbers.
