Create an integration trigger for 'SMS Notification'

Modified on Tue, 1 Apr at 1:29 PM

Let's consider this example - VPBX: End of an incoming call. In the SMS, you need to specify the caller's number and the operator's number that was called.

  1. To create a trigger, go to the 'Integration triggers' section and click on the integration block with 'SMS'.

  2. Click the 'Create trigger' button and select the event you're interested in. In this example, it's 'VPBX: End of an incoming call', when the number is linked to VPBX. Then click 'Next'.

  3. A settings window will open.

    • Fill in all fields as shown in the example below.

      • Select an integration or create one if there isn't one ready. For more details, see 'Integration 'SMS Notifications'.
      • The phone number that will receive the SMS.
      • In the SMS, you can specify both text values and variables listed in the available parameters.
    • To add the desired variable to the 'SMS message' field, simply click on the required parameter.

  4. After filling in all fields, click 'Save'. The trigger is created.

  5. Now you can start testing the functionality. Every time a call ends, a message will be sent to the phone number you specified, as shown in the screenshot below.
