After subscribing the virtual PBX, it is necessary to configure it. Initially, the virtual PBX includes a certain number of internal subscribers that require configuration, and one queue.
To work with the virtual PBX, the following settings need to be done:
- Purchase the necessary number of telephone numbers from KOMPaaS (if not already done), connect them, and configure them.
- Assign internal telephone numbers to the subscribers. For each subscriber, define the necessary settings:
- Set the telephone number for outgoing routing;
- Configure call forwarding to other numbers if needed;
- Configure outgoing call restrictions if needed;
- Associate the subscriber with a personal account user, providing the subscriber with a certain level of access to the virtual PBX.
- Configure virtual faxes.
- Create the necessary number of schedules for working and non-working hours. By default, the system includes one schedule - all days, 24/7.
- Configure queues. Specify the list of numbers in the queue, the order of their dialing, the interval between dialing attempts, and enable/disable call recording in the queues. If necessary, select announcements and hold music.
- Configure the IVR menu.
- Configure Blacklist and Favorites lists.
- Configure the Call scenarios in the company. Specify the directions to which an incoming call from a customer received on the company's landline number will be forwarded at different stages of routing.
- Configure audio files - Voice prompt, Music on hold.
- Perform general settings of the virtual PBX - Storing period on server for files, TimeZone selection of the virtual PBX.
