Trunk for external PBX is a unified internal numbering system that allows calls to be transferred between connected PBXs.
To set it up, the company's 'KOMPaaS' virtual PBX must be connected to a third-party PBX via a trunk. This enables both call transfers initiated manually during a conversation and internal extension dialing during an incoming call, while the caller is still in the interactive voice menu.
Before activating this option, you must connect at least one phone number to the PBX.
For more information, see 'How to order a phone number'.
Next, connect the trunk.
For more information, see 'How to activate 'Trunk for external PBX'.
Then configure the trunk.
For more information, see 'How to set up 'Trunk for external PBX'.
