Access to call records

To access the recordings, go to the "VPBX" >> "Calls (v2.0)" tab.

 

Calls can be displayed in the following categories: All calls, Robocall, Robot controller, Queue calls, Subscriber calls, Mobile number, Calls by phone number. For more details see “Call categories”.

The administrator / subscriber can listen to and download the recording of a separate call or all calls at once. To download all calls and recordings at once, click on the "Download call recordings" button. In the opened modal window, specify the period for which you want to download call records.
