Virtual PBX dial-up rules

Dialing a number using number preselect is carried out in the following order:

prefix (for example,1 for a call with a UK number, as on the screenshot above), then the symbol *** and the desired number, including the country code.

FOR INTERNAL SUBSCRIBERS OF THE VIRTUAL PBX:

1. Calling an employee's internal number:

   • You should dial the employee's internal number without additional characters, for example, 123.

2. Calling a land-line or mobile number within the country:

   ✅ Note: Every number consists of Country Code (CC), National Destination Code (NDC) and the Subscriber Number (SN). The dialing of CC and NDC depends on from what number the call is initiated and to what number it will be sent.

   
   

   • Dial the desired number with “0” instead of country code of the number: for example, 0xxxxxxxxxx. 0 <city/operator prefix><the rest of the number digits> (in the example above the digit “0” will be dialed instead of the number’s country code).
     
     

3. Calling an international number:

   • To make a call to an international number, dial two zeroes before the CC as shown below: 00 CC NDC SN (the number should be dialed without spaces).
   • If You would like to make a call to a German number in Berlin from Your French number You have to dial: 00 49 30 XXX XXX where 00 is a prefix for international calls 49 is country code for Germany 30 is NDC for Berlin XXX XXX is subscriber’s number (the rest of the digits in a number after NDC).
     
     

4. If Your device, app or program supports dialing “+” you can use universal format of dialing:

   • +(CC)(NDC)(SN)

     In this case for a call to German number of Berlin You have to dial +49 30 XXX XXX.
