How to exclude an operator from Automated calls

To exclude an operator from auto-dial, you need to unregister the operator (disconnect from the network). Unregistering is possible even after the auto-dial has started.

In "Zoiper" for PC, you need to click on the “Zoiper” icon >> “Status” in the lower right corner, and select “Offline”.

 

Note:

Other statuses, for example, “Busy”, will not exclude the operator from auto-dial.

 

To check the registration status, you can go to “Telephony” >> “Equipment” tab >> “Device”.

 

Keep in mind that the display of cancellation of registration (transition to the "Offline" status) can take up to 2 minutes.
