How to add an operator from Automated calls

Automated calls occur according to the number of active operators in the "Virtual PBX" settings.

To add an operator to the queue, you need to go to "Virtual PBX" >> "Settings" tab >> “Queues” in the left menu.

In the required queue, you need to click on the "+" button in the "Queue members list" and select the subscriber you want to add.

 

You can find the subscriber settings in “Extension numbers” in the left menu.

 

If the required operator is already added to the queue, then to add an operator to the call, it is enough to register him (appear on the network).
