The Blacklist in the Virtual PBX is used to exclude phone numbers from auto-dialing tasks. When setting up auto-dialing, you can specify which phone numbers should be added to the blacklist so that calls to them are not executed.
This can be useful if a company does not want to annoy customers who have previously refused services or are not interested in products. The blacklist can also be used to block calls from numbers that could potentially violate the law, such as numbers associated with fraud or spam.
To do this, go through the top menu to "Automated calls" >> ”Blacklist”.
Ways to input phone numbers:
Manually
Click the "Add" button and specify the phone number.
By Loading
Click the "Load contacts" button and enter the phone numbers in one of the ways - "Clipboard" or "From file". More about these ways - “How to Create a Contact List”.
