To create a new list, click on the "Add" button.
Enter the name of the list in the form that appears.
Click "Save". Filling in the parameters of the new list becomes available.
In the "List of numbers" field, click "Edit". A form for adding phone numbers to the list opens.
Click "Add" and enter the number to be included in the list. Repeat this action for all numbers that should be allowed to use "CallBack". After adding all necessary numbers, click "Save". When creating a list, you can also use masks for the number "XXX", or NDC types.

Go to the "Callback" tab.
Move the "Activate Callback" slider into the active position.
In the "Select a list of callable numbers" field, select the list of numbers created earlier. Employees with these numbers will be allowed to use the “CallBack” service.
If necessary, enable call recording for callbacks, moving the slider next to "Record calls" to the right.
