To add an extension number in the Virtual PBX section, select Settings >> Dial plan >> Extension numbers and press the Internal button.
Set the parameters for the extension number:
Number.
✅ Note:
The extension number of the subscriber can range from 1 to 4 digits and is set in the settings of the virtual PBX. By default, the numbering of internal numbers starts from 100.
Name.
Default number.
Record all calls.
Deny call interception. For more information about this feature, see Call interception.
Show redirected caller's phone number.
✅ Note:
This option is used if the subscriber has call forwarding set up or if they transfer a call during a conversation. For more information about forwarding settings, see Call Forwarding (redirect call) setup.
Call shadowing (Eavesdropping). For more information, see Call shadowing (Promter).
Allowed call destinations — press the outgoing connection direction to deny the subscriber calls on it.
⚠️ Attention! For a subscriber to make calls in the approved directions, these directions must be enabled on the phone number through which the call is made. When a direction is disabled on a phone number, the subscriber will not be able to make a call in this direction, even if they are allowed to make calls on it. For more information, see Subscriber Outbound Routing Configuration.Transcribe calls — this option allows you to convert speech into text and is available under the following conditions:
- The Call recording service is connected;
- The Transcribe calls service is connected;
- The Record all calls checkbox is checked.

Additionally, for each internal subscriber, the following are set up:
- Personal subscriber forwarding on the Call Forwarding tab. For more information, see Call Forwarding (redirect call) setup.
- VoIP equipment of the subscriber (SIP accounts) on the SIP account tab. For more information, see SIP account.
- Outgoing connection parameters of the subscriber on the Outbound Routing tab. For more information, see Subscriber Outbound Routing Configuration.
