The subscriber is the central object of the virtual PBX. They are assigned a short number and a default number for making outgoing calls. After the necessary settings are complete, the subscriber is ready to work. Subscribers of the virtual PBX can be of the following types:
Call extension - a company employee with a short internal number. This can be a SIP phone, software on a smartphone or PC. When calling each other, employees dial this short number.
Call short number - an employee who has call forwarding set up from an internal number to an external number. This can be a landline or a mobile phone of any country or a SIP-URI.
Subscribers of the virtual PBX have access to the following configurable features:
- Unified short numbering (short numbers ranging from 1 to 4 digits);
- Recording of conversations and their playback in the Calls (v2.0) section;
- Intercepting calls of other subscribers in the queue;
- Call forwarding according to different algorithms (Unconditional; If busy; If no answer; If unavailable);
- Restriction of outgoing communication to different destinations (the administrator disables certain communication directions);
- Limiting expenditure on outgoing communication (the administrator sets a daily and monthly limit on calls);
- Automatic routing of outgoing calls of the subscriber depending on the region of the called subscriber (when the Region of called number option is connected).
