Templates allow you to use pre-prepared greeting options, informational messages, and prompts during dialogue with a client.
To create a template in the 'Contact Center AI' section → 'Projects' tab → 'Templates' tab:
Click on the 'Add new response template' button.
Specify the template name.
Enter the message text.
If needed, attach an image. Any image format is supported.
Click the 'Save' button.
To use a template:
In the dialogue, click the button on the left under the dialogue window and select one of the templates.
- You can also add a new template here.
Then click the 'Send' button.
The template has been sent.
