Templates allow you to use pre-prepared greetings, informational messages and tips during the dialogue with the client.

To create a template, go to the Contact Center AI section >> Templates tab and click on the New template block.

Specify the template name, message text and attach an image if necessary. Any image format is available.

Click the Save button.

  

To use a template, in the dialogue click on the button to the left below the dialogue window and choose one of the templates.

Then click the Send button.

 

The template will be sent.
