How to connect the AI agent

Note:

To use the AI agent, you need to connect Virtual PBX and a phone number. See How to enable Virtual PBX’, ‘Enabling a phone number’.


  1. From the top menu, navigate to 'Shop' → left menu AI agent’.

  2. Click the 'Add to cart' button. 

  3. Go to the cart and click the 'Buy' button. 

  4. The service will be activated within a few minutes.

  5. Now you can use the service. For more details, see AI agent’.
