Virtual PBX allows you to use pre-recorded voice or text messages in different languages and voices for its services (see “Speech Synthesis”), which can be played to customers through voice menus (IVR) or as notifications at various stages of call routing.
For example, in addition to voice prompts in voice menus, these can be announcements with various information in queues, advertising messages, or notifications such as: "Hello! We are currently closed, please call us during our working hours. Thank you for calling our company!".
