To create a greeting through speech synthesis:
Press the Add button.
Check the Speech Synthesis box.
Specify the name of the greeting.
Select the service.
Select the language of the test greeting.
The robot's voice for playing the greeting.
The speed of playing the greeting.
Set the pitch.
Write the greeting text.
Press the Save button.
By default, there is one audio file with a voice menu greeting in the system. You can use it when setting up IVR or upload your greetings and other messages.
To upload an audio file to the system:
Press the Add button.
Check the File option box.
Specify the name of the greeting file.
Press the button with three points.
A standard Windows dialog box will open for selecting a file on your computer. Select the file.
Press the Save button.
After uploading the file, you can listen to it by pressing the play button.
Using audio files in a virtual PBX
- As IVR menu greetings;
- As announcements when setting up a queue;
- As notifications that are played to the client before the connection is terminated (for example, when calling out of hours). It is set up with the Announce element in call scenarios.
