Scenarios are a set of components and arcs through which the interlocutor "moves" when using the bot. When the end of the scenario is reached (no arcs leading further), the chatbot goes to the beginning of the scenario.
A chatbot script can be customized for various purposes, such as order processing, answering FAQs, customer support, etc. It can include different types of messages, such as text, image and audio messages, which allows you to make communication with the chatbot more interactive and convenient.
My scenarios
To create a new scenario, under "Chatbots" in the "Scenarios" tab in the "My Scenarios" menu on the left, click on the block with the "+" symbol.
Open the scenario settings via the drop-down menu by clicking on the button with three dots.
Click on the pencil-shaped button and give the script a name.
Customize the scenario according to your business needs. To do this, drag and drop from the menu on the right, "Components" tab, the constructor components onto the scenario field and connect their nodes.
