Chatbots / Queues

Queues in chatbots are used for efficient distribution of dialogs between contact center operators.

To create a queue, go to the "Chatbots" >> tab "Queues" and click the "Create queue" button.

After filling in the fields and selecting the queue distribution, click "Save".


Now configure queue access for users.
