"Mailing" Tab

Mailing in chatbots is a tool for mass sending messages to users and can contain various types of messages: text, graphic, audio and video messages. This can be informing users about new products and services, discounts and promotions, reminding about important events, etc.

An important advantage of mailing in chatbots is that it allows reaching a large audience and provides fast and effective interaction with customers. In addition, mailing in chatbots can be configured to send messages only to those users who are interested in certain types of information, which allows to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and increase conversion.

  1. Select scenario from the dropdown list;

  2. Filter — enable/disable filter, an optional parameter that allows sending mailings to certain users;

    • Operand 1 — a variable as the first part of the filter;
    • Invert — possibility to invert, for example ${{status}}=active;
    • Operand 2 — a variable as the second part of the filter;
  3. This is a filter that can be applied to a list of users in order to not send a mailing to everyone.

    For example: you need to send a newsletter only to customers who are over 30 years old and whose name is not Peter. For this we use 2 filters:

    a) Value1= ${{age}} Operand = Smaller Value2 = 30 Invert = ON

    b) Value1= ${{name}} Operand = Equals Value2 = Peter Invert = OFF

    Note:
    In the filter, you can use both local user variables and global scenario variables.

    • Add filter — button for adding values to the filter.
  4. Text for email — text that will be sent to users;

  5. Text highlighting — available only in supported messengers;

  6. Image upload button.

  7. Send — data sending button.

"Transition" Tab

Transition is the redirection of all or some users to another element of the chatbot, which can be associated with the execution of a certain task or the provision of certain information.

For example, when communicating with a chatbot for an online store, the user may ask a question about the availability of a specific product. The chatbot can offer him to go to the "Product Search" element, where the user will be able to find the desired product and place an order.

The transition in the chatbot can occur automatically, when the bot recognizes the user's request and determines which element it needs to show. It can also be initiated by the user, for example, by pressing the corresponding button or entering a command.

  1. Select scenario from the dropdown list;
  2. Filter— enable/disable filter, an optional parameter that allows sending mailings to certain users;
    • Id or name of the element to which the transition will be made;
    • Filter— optional parameter allowing to send a mailing to certain users;
      • Value 1 — a variable as the first part of the filter;
      • Invert — possibility to invert, for example ${{status}}=active;
      • Value 2 — a variable as the second part of the filter;
  3. Send — data sending button.
