Carousel

The “Carousel” option is an automatic number substitution during outgoing calls.

 

Note:
The “Carousel” option is included in the “Region of called number” option, but they do not work simultaneously. One of them needs to be selected for outgoing routing.

 

Advantages:

  • Ability to call one database from different numbers without changing settings;
  • Reduced likelihood of blocking on suspicion of fraud.

To connect this option, contact a manager or support.

The “Carousel” option is included in the “Region of called number” option.

To activate it, the following actions are necessary:

  1. On each phone number that will be used for auto selection of the number by region or carousel, activate the option Region of called number”.

    For this, in the section ”Virtual PBX” >>”Settings” >> “Routing” >> “DID numbers” select the number and on the “Outbound routing” tab move the “Region of called number” slider to the right.

  2. For each subscriber who will participate in the call using the Carousel, enable the “Carousel” option. For this, in the section ”Virtual PBX” >>”Settings” >> “Routing” >> “Extension numbers” select the subscriber and on the ”Outbound routing” tab move the “Carousel” slider to the right.
