Carousel

The ‘Carousel’ option — automatically substitutes phone numbers during outbound calling.

Benefits:

• Ability to call the same contact list from different numbers without changing the settings;
• Reduced likelihood of being blocked on suspicion of fraud.

The option is enabled for:

• phone number

  1. On the ’VPBX’ → tab, in the left-hand menu ’Numbering Plan’ → ‘Phone numbers’, select the phone number and click ’Edit’.

  2. In the ’Edit routing of KOMPaaS phone number’ modal window, on the ’Outbound’ tab, select the ’Carousel’ checkbox. 

• subscriber

  1. On the ’VPBX’ → tab, in the left-hand menu ’Numbering Plan’ → ‘Subscriber Numbers’, select the phone number and click ’Edit’.

  2. On the ’Subscriber’ tab, in the ’Autoselect’ field, select ’Carousel’.
