DID numbers routing Configuration

In the "Virtual PBX" section, go to "Settings" >> "Routing" >> "DID Numbers", at the bottom select the "DID number" tab.

For the convenience of the client, when connecting a phone number, 10 subscribers are automatically created (requiring setup), a queue, and a simple routing scenario. Calls coming to the number will be processed according to this scenario.

You can choose another routing scenario from the existing ones or create a new one.

To set another call routing scenario coming to the company's phone number, select a routing scenario from the dropdown list and click on the "Save" button.

After choosing a scenario, next to the phone number in the "Route scheme name" column, a link will appear to go directly to this scenario.
