Transcribe calls

"Transcribe calls" is a Virtual PBX feature that allows you to convert recorded phone conversations into text.

This feature facilitates the analysis of phone conversations, helping to identify customer objections and form recommendations for managers, thereby optimizing and automating the work of the sales department.

Using the "Transcribe calls" feature, you can analyze phone conversations with foreign contractors and clients. More than 30 languages are available worldwide.

 

The feature is available in the "Virtual PBX" section → "Calls (beta)" tab through the conversation playback launch button in the "Listen to the recording of a conversation" modal window.

 

What call data you can get:

  • Call type

  • Caller

  • Call destination

  • Date



How to control the feature:

  • Start / Pause

  • Stop

  • Adjusting the listening speed

  • Volume control

  • The "Timeline" option — enable / disable timeline.

  • Dropdown list with services. 

  • The "Transcribe" button — starts transcription.

  • The "Download" button — downloads the conversation audio recording.

  • Oscillogram — allows you to select any playback time of the conversation. The listening timer is displayed on the left, and the total conversation time is shown on the right.


The transcription start time depends on the length of the conversation.
