Tags in Contact Center AI allow you to mark a subscriber for easier classification, tracking interactions, and personalizing service.
To create a tag:
In the Contact Center AI section >> Tags tab, click the Add tag button.
Enter the tag name and choose a color.
Click the Save button.
✅ Note: The number of tags is not limited. |
A tag is assigned in the Dialogs section.
