Chatbots / Statistics

Modified on Tue, 5 Mar at 11:35 AM

Statistics in chatbots are used to collect, analyze and interpret data related to user interactions with the chatbot. Statistics allow you to optimize the chatbot script, evaluate the effectiveness of the chatbot, monitor the quality of customer service and identify problems associated with communication with the chatbot. There are special tools like Jita soft, Jivo, Google Analytics, etc., which are used to collect and analyze data.

Chatbot statistics may include indicators such as:

  • The number of users who communicated with the chatbot over a certain period of time;
  • Number of messages sent and received in the chatbot;
  • The number of users who completed the chatbot script and performed some action (for example, placing an order);
  • The number of users who interrupted the chatbot script and did not complete it;
  • Time spent by users communicating with the chatbot;
  • The most popular queries and user actions in the chatbot;
  • Errors and problems that arise when communicating with a chatbot.

This data can be used to optimize the chatbot script, improve the customer experience, and also make decisions about making changes to the chatbot.

To view statistics, go to the “Chat-bots” section >> “Statistics” tab.

This window displays chatbot blocks with connectors and general statistics - the number of messages and how much time was saved thanks to the chatbot (number of messages × 36 seconds).

  • “Retrieving Users” button — allows you to unload users as one with the list from the selected scenario. Use a filter if required.

  • “Retrieving analytics” button — uploads statistics on the use of script elements.

To view detailed chatbot statistics, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the chatbot block and select “Open”:

The statistics of the selected chatbot will open, divided into three blocks:

  1. Total messages — the total number of messages received for the selected period of time. The time period can be selected in the menu on the right - Day, Week, Month, Year.

  2. New users — messages from new users for the selected period of time.

  3. Existing users — messages from current users for the selected period of time.

  4. Blocked users — the number of blocked users for the selected period of time.
