How to set up “Call shadowing (Prompter)”

⚠️ Warning!
Before enabling the "Prompter" function, subscribers need to connect the service. See more details at “How to activate Call shadowing”.

 

  1. Go to “Virtual PBX” >> “Settings” tab >> left menu “Extension numbers”.
  2. Select the subscriber whose number needs to be monitored. This can be an Internal or External subscriber.
  3. Then on the bottom tab “Extension”, check the box next to “Call shadowing (Promter)”.
  4. Click the “Save” button.



How to use the “Call shadowing” feature:

  1. To listen to a call without a prompt, dial 078 and the subscriber's number.
  2. To listen to a call and prompt the employee, dial 079 and the subscriber's number.
