- Go to “Virtual PBX” >> “Settings” tab >> left menu “Extension numbers”.
- Select the subscriber whose number needs to be monitored. This can be an Internal or External subscriber.
- Then on the bottom tab “Extension”, check the box next to “Call shadowing (Promter)”.
- Click the “Save” button.
How to use the “Call shadowing” feature:
- To listen to a call without a prompt, dial 078 and the subscriber's number.
- To listen to a call and prompt the employee, dial 079 and the subscriber's number.
